kat. i think ill have to disagree with you there. the *true* girl gamers will like the good games (tekken and c vs m 2 ofcourse). but how often do true girl gamers come along?.. ratio wise i'd say every 300guys:1gal . and its bloody great to see a handful of them here .
the way i see it though, more chicks coming into the gaming areas the better. if you head to japan, where it is quite common for girls to be almost as common as guys in arcades. you'll see the chics dig the dancing stuff more. i dunno why, makes poeple look pretty spaz imho, but its fun.. i think.. guessing from thier facial expressions. chicks sorta get pissed though when my mate and i stand behind them pretending and trying OH SO HARD not to crack up in laughter.

True girl gamers...hmmm...well, I hope I'm one of them. To be honest all the rest of the girls I know don't play games full stop, but I bet they would love all the crazy dance games if they played them. A load of my friends were round at my house once and I had my PS2 out to show them (I'd just got, it was all they'd been hearing about from me! ) I had all TTT and SSX and stuff, showing them all that kind of stuff, which they thought was vaguely amusing, but you know what they loved more than anything else? Vib Ribbon. The weird little game in black and white with the rabbit walking along a line! They thought it was the best thing ever! Why? I don't know. Guess that is a little insight in to the minds of casual girl gamers. (hehehe, "kat"? the letters just keep falling off my name around here... )katyjag, a young revolutionary...
