A: A compilation of questions which frequently come up.

Q: What is this Important Announcements board? Is it important?
A: It's like the name says. Nobody but the moderators can post on that board. Only important messages get posted there, so if you ever see NEW next to it, check it out.
Q: Can I spam on this board? Can I spam about my product?
A: No. Spam is not wanted, and the post will be promptly deleted.
Q: I just learned that _______ is really cool! Can I post it on every board?
A: No. If it's not spam, post it on the General board.
Q: Is this the official CHV.net message board?
A: No, this is a board created during MoonKnight's free time to keep the community together during the downtime.
Q: It won't let me post! Where/How do I post?
A: You need to register on ezboard first. Afterwards, you click on [New Topic] or [Reply]
Q: I posted __[music related thing]__ on the BEAT board, but nobody is replying, can I post in the general board?
A: In most cases, no. If it's really important, maybe.
Q: I've read this post already, why does it still say NEW next to it?
A: You need to click on "Mark this forum as read."
Q: Ohh man I got this wicked nude picture of __[insert actress/model name here]__, can I post it?
A: No. You can send it to my email, though. Haha j/k ;-)
Q: Can we swear?
A: To a point. Keep it clean, but if you must swear, go ahead. Don't abuse it, though.

Q: But there's a thing in my settings that says I can use HTML. Will it still work?
A: No, the board Admin (namely, myself) needs to enable HTML for the board.
Q: How long can my .sig be?
A: I don't have an exact length set up, just use common sense. Remember, some people still run 640x480, and I'm sure they don't want their browser window filled with your .sig.

A: This board does not reflect your status on CHV.net. The "User levels" are determined by number of posts (but please, do not spam to get your post count up!). If you would like a custom "User Level" title, email any of the admins (MoonKnight, Angelique, or katyjag) with your board name, and the custom title you would like. If it's approved, it will be so.
