ps2 memory cards hold 8 mb, not 6
personally, i only trust first party products (sony) for things like memory cards. i know that sony makes quality products, so i trust their memory cards to hold my data.
nothing will make you poo your pants more than finding out that the 500 MB US$6.99 memory card that you bought at sav-on crapped out and lost all of your saved games.
So there's my US$0.02 :-)

Heheh, and I KNOW Bo can relate to that one. One of his HUGE 3rd party memory cards, holding savegames that are at LEAST 3 years old or so got screwed up and he barely has any left.
Personally, when it comes to memory cards, I ONLY go with the company itsself too. Never had a problem with a 1st party card.

8Mb, 6MB whats the big difference?? So I'm 2mb off so FREAKING SEW ME IF I CAN'T MAKE A MISTAKE ONCE IN A WHILE !!! So far I found 16MB Memory Card for PS2 under 20 bucks and my PS2 is able to save my PS1 games on my PS1. At first I though if I saved files on my PS2 with a PS1 Memory Card the card would like blow up, but I showed myself wrong, my PS1 memory card is fine.THAT'S DISGUSTING !! TAKE A SHOWER BABY !!!!

hey jim, same thing happened to a friend of mine.
my friend eric had one of those "multi-page" memory cards that held a lot of saved games by switching to different "pages" and i guess one day it decided to just die, so he lost like all of his rpg saved games, all of his sports stats, etc. he was pretty pissed about that heh
