Well after playing the demo, MGS2 is a no-brainer. I'm hoping to play DMC, and Virtual Fighter 4. The new Crazy Taxi game is going to be fun. And I'm also improving my SSX skills for the SSX DVD game. And also from EA SPORTS BIG, is that new NBA STREETZ game, which you get to play street basketball (with street rules) and you all know, in real life I am the 'street basketball king' :-p. I'm interested in 'Prisoner of War' (The concept sounds cool) And the new Crash game, and of course Klona 2, FF![]()

First off, a PS2.
FFX, and that it's it... Everythnig else does not look good to me. (I may be forgetting some games)

yup yup! pretty much the same views as vidiot!! ![]()
I can't wait to check out SSX DVD.. even tho only some small changes will be made, I've pretty much maxed out my game now so I need fresh meat! I actually wanna see an SSX2.. DMC is looking totally AWESOME, its gonna be a 'must have' game for me.. NBA Streetz or whatever, that EA Big game coming out later on is looking great too! from what ive seen anyways! different dunks are done by different combinations of shoulder buttons a la SSX! yeah! i loved that system! very much an arcade game.. im so sick of NBA simulators.. Xenosaga will be another one to look out for, hopefully it gets a bit more hype then Xenogears did ![]()

The keyword here is "SOME". So you don't care for MGS2? Or DMC or SSX? What if those games were coming out for GameCube? You'd buy them then eh, Nintendo gamer? :-)

I told you people (in another psot), "I am not some dumbass who goes around sticking up for Nintendo," "I am a fan of all systems," "I love fighting games," and now this, "I love fighting games and the BEST of others."
I siad that I do NOT like MGS2, even if it came on a Nintendo system, i am not buying it.
As for SSX, YES, I am planning on buying the Gamcube version for two reason.
1. it is going to bbe an SE
2. I am going to have a NGC before I ever get a PS2
Also, considering the price, if PS2 games did come out on NGC, I would buy them all on NGC and save BIG money.
PS2=$500
NGC=$300
PS2=2x price of the same game on another platfrom (most games)

tch...Hey Johncooke, I don't think the PS2 was that much...if I recall it was only like $200 or $300. But I ain't sure what the cost was between those two prices, I ain't sure cuz my dad paid for it, but I know it couldn't have been $500. Sure the games for the PS2 are $50 each, but that's because a lot of graphics, time, effort and money for the games and discs to put them on, was a lot.
DMC is the initials for Dreamcast...I think.
I'm looking forward for FFX cuz it looks a hell lot better than FF9. But, since that FF11 is going on the PS2 net, I wonder how thats gonna turn out cuz I bet it'll be hard to play cuz of all the world wide players. Plus, are they going to charge you a certian amount of cash, per month, go on the net with your PS2?? If they are, it'll be nice if we had to pay like $10 bucks a week, I'd be able to pay that once in a while cuz my allowance is $10 a week. But, unless I get a job, not just during my summer vacation, but possibly during my school year(if I'm not doing bad in it) I might be able to pay for it. Cuz my dad ain't rich and has enough trouble paying for the bills he has to normally pay.THAT'S DISGUSTING !! TAKE A SHOWER BABY !!!!

A) DMC: DEVIL MAY CRY! OMG YOU PEOPLE, DREAMCAST??!!

C) While some of the Ps2 accessories are expensive, (damn memory cards are over 30 bucks, until another system comes out Sony can pay a arm and a leg for it :-) games are around the fifty dollar range. ALL new games are around this game, either N64 or PC. Plus, because this system has only been out for only six months, the games are still going to be a little under $45 or $50.
D) While I cant possibly understand why you don't like MGS2, I'm not going against you on it. Even if it seems it may be the most amazing game in the last five years. A lot of people like Tribes, I HATE Tribes. (Reason cautious about Halo)

Andways, my pirce is CAN.... Get, i thought everyone knew that by now ^_^
Games are about $75 each, $50 for meory card, and same for controller. In US, Gamecube is only $200. See where I am getting at? i am a poor little guy, that is why I am would perfer to get the games on gamecube. Ad to what i have seen, i am very impressed with this system's power. if you want i can find the IGNCube acticle with the proce plans, damn you can save alot of money on this system.
