What is so good about GT3 anyway? It is just another drive sim to me. Except is has more cars. WHAT IS IT WITH MEN AND THE CARS!?
I can not believe Sony would be dumb enought to try and stop bleem!cast. With Gt popularity, the saels on GT2 would increase. Plus, those of like it may considier buying a PS2 and GT3. It is complete promotion for Sony and Sega (DCs). Why does Sony want to stop them?

rofl and to those who actually know what i'm talking about, there's a mini cooper 1.3i in the game ROFL! i've heard that you can only trick the ride up to ~170 hp so it's pretty slow, but hey, imagine the laughter when you see the cooper 1.3i against a diablo rofl
So there's my US$0.02 :-)

MoonKnight, I saw a video where that actually happened! It was so cool seeing the little Mini get speed and then, suddenly, you just couldn't see the Diablo anymore.

It has less cars actually.
What bothers me about GT3 is the reviews. I read the IGN review last night and they gave it a 9.8 yet went into detail about how frustrating that it was that the same old thing GT1 and GT2 were. So are people just buying GT2 with new and improved graphics? Yes. And that is the whole point, to upgrade the graphics until it mirrors real world visuals and we can really get into our races and into our cars. That's what a simulation is supposed to be. Few people here will be able to drive these cars much less own one or two. In GT3 we have them all at our fingertips. In an escapist fantasy such as GT3 provokes, the same old game with graphics so realistic grandma won't know what hit her, warrents an entirely new game, and invokes an entirely new experience. I think IGN should have mentioned that.
