    O.O
Sony's really turning up the pressure.
    ---
Interestingly, the new machine (complete with slot-loading drive) isn't so far from the fake PS3 I created in my mind for that hoax a while ago.

It's going to be odd having it called PSX when you can still find people using that as the archaic term for the PS1.... o_0

Blah... I still call the PS1, PSX...
On a completely unrelated note; honey roasted peanuts rock.
Back over to a completely related note; DVDBurner? Nice...

There are only so many new/variant models a company can announce in a year before I start feeling jaded about the whole thing. Sony have officially passed the mark now. o_0 It's when you stop feeling like you're getting a cool machine (which this PSX would otherwise be) and more like they're just scrambling to get your money.
Which is a shame because I really did love Sony for making the PS2.

Yeah I read up on it a little more.. heheh.. not too much different huh? Basically a PS2 in a shiny new box with a few more capabilities..

Well, it's not really meant for the average consumer/PS2-owner, as far as I can gather. It's more for the high-end spectrum (people with ~3 Benzes in their driveways) that wants what is, at this point, the set-top box that all other set-top boxes are now measured by.---

This is just another reason why I resent Sony right now. o_0 Bleed their wallets dry *and* insult the fanbase that made the success you're building on.

...I'll go take my anti-bitterness pills now. -_-

They're getting an early start on the HomeStation, deal with it. They're a corporation, they're in the game to make money.not allowed
