I hope that was a subtle dig at Vidiot.
Back on topic: As sleek and as sexy as this concept design looks, I'm not liking the practicality (or lack thereof) of it. The unit is fairly small, and doesn't seem to have certain features that we expected or were told to expect. The widescreen display is certainly nice, but what good will that do if those controls are twitchy as hell (the analog pad looks like the type of button on an IPod, which can be a little over-sensitive at times). Don't even get me started on the placement of the power button just below the analog pad either...
And Vidiot, can we cut the token Nokia bashing in every thread? Thaaanks.

Bought!
But its so, so easy to make fun of the NGage! I cant help it people!
Im not so happy with the power button placement either, but this is a prototype, thus subject to change. I like the screen.

Drakkael: Good eyes, seems Sony's porn plan is underway! Or in my imagination it is...

The problem with such incessant Nokia bashing is that your comments have little substance to them. Whereas a legitimate post regarding the hardware's faults could allow us to gain some insight into your problems with the unit (based on your vast personal experience with one, of course), a random pot-shot at the NGage does nothing to further your argument while also hindering any potential impressions from you on the subject in the future.

I understand that such comments are made in jest, so don't think I'm taking it too seriously.

Jim...I read the first sentence of that paragraph you wrote...And I think I almost blacked out...wow...
Just to clear where I stand with the NGage, in non-bashing form:
I have allot of problems with the NGage: I don't like the screen, I don't like the controller, I don't like the way you put games into it, I don't like the games, I don't like much about it. And yes I have now officaly played it. And it sucks, sorry.
If I wasn't at school now I would type a paragraph of hate and anger (well thats maybe a bit much) about how stupid Nokia's handheld is.
Alright am I done? I think im done.

Back to the PSP please.

Miso Soup
I like the PSP, it looks nice and knowing Sony - they will probably make it pretty decent to hold as well.
1.8GB on a tiny thing, I can't wait till someone hacks it to play divxs
One thing I don't like is they are planning atm to release different versions of the PSP. I don't want to preorder a PSP and then have another [BETTER] version of it out in a few months time. I have money to waste every now and then, but not that friggin much.
