Okay, I've been wandering around the worldmap for ages in Final Fantasy IX, and can't find those elusive Cactuars. All I can find from the net is that they're on the Outer Continent. I thought they'd be in the desert, but all I find there are those big sand worm things...

They're in the desert-like area between Black Mage Village and Conde Petie.

If Quina eats a Cactuar he/she learns 1000 needles. Of course, that's nothing damage compared to the other attacks, but I just WANT to learn everything
