I'm no feminist, but I don't agree with that. And there are plenty of other biblical quotes supporting equality of the sexes.

I'm no chauvinist either. I just took the verse out of context as a joke. Anyway, here is a commentary from Matthew Henry:

What is there to deny, in the first place?
The reason I didn't want to dally on the sexual orientation of the members is that such comments -- even if they were meant in jest -- smacked of bigotry, and continuing the discussion might just open the door for some attention-hungry Eminem-wannabe to broadcast his gay-bashing manifesto here.
Hopefully things may not turn out as seriously imagined, but let's be sensitive to the other members in our living community. Of course, I admit that "cheap joke" was a bit too insensitive on my part.
