It's a poster for FFXI, from the TGS. Enjoy. Thought and/or observations if any?

Looks cool for a poster that's for what could be a huge disaster of a game.

Ewwwwwwww!
the poster is so !@#$ing dumb!
the only thing i can say about the game is that it will be the worst FF in the whole FF series
even worse than FF9
I hate the look of the characters carrying shields cuz it's looks like the characters Diablo
ot that I hate Diablo, but I think FF should have its own style...
and the swords...what can u say about that...
the game will just be a boring one i guess

Know what? I don't like it either. I don't want to judge it from just one poster, but it just doesn't look quite right. I don't know, I think it reminds me of Zelda and more traditional RPGs because of the whole people running around with swords and shields in a dungeons and dragons kinda way. Granted FF always was like that in the beginning, but it kind of grew away from it. Even IX avoided being totally traditional because of stuff like the whole [SPOILERRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!] genetic modification/cloning thing with Zidane. [/spoiler]

I thought the whole point of the popularity of the Final Fantasy series was a break from the old D&D RPG, with gnomes and barbarians and such.

Maybe the guy's legs are glowing to show how a gamer experiences total immersion when he "jumps" into an online game?
Edit: No, on closer inspection that's a reflection from the flash. The poster sucks.
