I haven't seen that! Woo! FFXII! And I haven't even found a release date for FFX here! First impressions are a bit Rinoa-in-the-field-in-FFVIII-intro vs. Kuja's dress sense...

I like her! Every action has the potential to fill or empty one's heart...

I'm prolly gonna get flamed for this, but I'd like to see a modern day FF, y'know? Like Earthbound(without the hippies, drunken men and street signs =P), FF8 almost got there, but they stopped short.

Well, the whole idea of Final Fantasy is that it's in a fantasy world. A world unlike our own but then again with a few things we can recognize. FFVIII was definitely 'modern' but just not the way we know it.

Earthbound was definetly a game full of fantasy(sci-fi could be argued), and it was still set in a modern world. I dunno, I just think it would be kind of cool.

I liked the scifi feel in FFVII.
But on-topic, is that shot real, or photoshopped by an adoring fan? I haven't seen it on Gamespot or IGN.

It looks like a sequal to FF8.
Square needs to turn the FF series into another series. This is insane, while im all for another FF game....
Well....MK's idea of FFXXX COULD be possable at this rate

I think it's fake. But the costume design is nice.

That's a fake. The background is directly from Final Fantasy VIII, the flower thing pasted on the top layer looks unprofessional, and the CG girl looks sub-par for Square.
