    Well.. this one posted on another board.. but.. I'm wondering what versions you guys are going to get when FFXI comes out ^_^

      If I do get it (not a fan of MMORPGs, and have yet to find one that interests me enough), it'll probably be for the PC. I have a PS2 and a network adapter, but for a game like that, I'd probably rather play it on a computer.
      That is also assuming that they are relatively equal in terms of graphics and such, and that the PC-end doesn't get the short end (haven't really been following FFXI so I don't know).

            FFXI is supposed to have some specail crap if you got an NVIDIA card of summthin, I read it somewhere.

                Actually, the PC version has been reported to use the latest DirectX9 effects. A quick Google will confirm this.
                Regardless, I'll need the PS2 version, seeing as how I sort of don't have a Windows machine, and Square won't port it to Mac (even though they use Macs to make their games, the hypocrites.)

                    Either way, I could care less. I don't have an adapter for the PS2 yet cuz I hardly play any v-games much and didn't plan on getting something that I'm hardly gonna use. And I got my own PC up in my room, just gotta move the DSL(if my dad plans to get rid of it) and pay my dad like $45-50 a month to have the DSL and the service. If I plan on getting it on PS2, I'll get an adapter.....Only if somebody tells me if its actually worth getting cuz I don't want to get another corny-ass FF game like FF9, didn't like that one much.-I'm so happy that I got my Battle Arena Toshiden 1,2 nd 3 PS1 games. *huggles Duke* Tee-hee, he's my favorite! Isn't he so cute?"
