Well, if you DO plan on moving to the US, I'd try and limit whatever PAL equipment you do buy, as it'll be somewhat worthless over here (unless you bring that TV along or find one in the US which can display PAL signals [good luck]).

I just got confirmation from Jim, and that seems to be the plan. :O He wanted it to be ironic in that, the money you had sought would be your undoing, and you'd finally have the money to buy anything you wanted, but you'd be too dead to use it. :inot allowed
