we could, by the use of the world pass. and the world pass can be used 3 times so the only thing we have to do is just post the # for the world pass on this BBS and people can use it.

Mmm, the issue with that, though, is that the use of a world pass requires that one start completely fresh on a new server. No exp, no gil, no nothing. And last time I bought one, World Passes were good for 5 uses.
