CHV Lives On

Eh, back in Korea I watched a lot of weird TV. One of the shows was an anime apparently based on the Little Red Riding Hood story. Main character is a little blonde girl in a red hood (who can turn into a buxom celestial archer or something), a wolf that seems evil enough, some kid that all the girls seem to fall for (including a mermaid) and can turn into a dog or something, a couple other characters, and a whole lot of chibi randomness thrown in on a regular basis.
Tried searching on Google, but all the results were related to Jin-Roh, which is most certainly not the funny show I saw.
Anyone? Anyone at all?

So it's not directly related to Red Riding Hood, I guess. I was watching it in Korean, after all, so I couldn't understand a lot about what was going on.
But it was funny even past the language barrier.
