CHV Lives On

I'm trying to find out what episode/special this is from. I had thought I had seen the entire series fansubbed (except for #8, which I saw on DVD). That's 25 episodes, 2 specials, 3 OVA's, and even a concert.
So I'm going through a couple of those unlabled cdr's, and I came across an AMV for Love Hina. But there was one part I did NOT recognize. I thought it might've been from the Spring Special, due to the look of the characters (especially Keitaro's uber-tan look), but I still don't remember this scene or character.
