I'm more annoyed at how Disney waits until, after they've sabatoged it (it only made ~$6 million despite being on less than 5% of the screens that they had for Treasure Planet), that it wins a major award to finally release it like that. And the fact that the DVD will be out in a little over two weeks? A delay, because of that reason alone, will simply annoy many of those who had decided to give Disney money for doing something right.
