I watched the first ep, it was kinda funny but NieA bugged the shit outta me. I talked to a few friends that had seen more and they all said that NieA doesn't get better and they hate her too, so I decided to watch another series. not allowed

I remember I saw it at Anime Expo 2001, it looked pretty good, but I never took the time to get any other episodes. So it turns out to be crappy, eh?
