Has anyone else seen this? I just finished watching it myself. For those who don't know, they basically had Leiji Matsumoto set an anime to one of Daft Punk's albums. It started out in 2001, I think, as a few sequential music videos. Everything went quiet for a while, then it was revealed that they were gonna turn the whole thing into a movie. I liked the end product alot, and their ability to tell a story using only music was pretty keen.
They used sound effects here and there, which seemed pretty pointless. All it really did was take me out of the action, if for no other reason than because of how sparse they were. They'd have like 20 minutes of music and then a car chase with music and then SCREEEEEEEEEEECH, tires.
Drop me an im sometime and I may be so inclined as to send it to you. :*not allowed

A correction: Daft Punk always intended that it should be a movie. Their original plan was to do an anime clip for every track on the 'Discovery' album. Unfortunately they were unable to release all the vids and released it as a DVD movie instead. Thus 'Interstella 5555' was born.
It's excellent by the way, as is their album 'Discovery'.
