I am telling you I didn't laugh a little at how much of a weird kid you were.

picturing a little kid walking down the street chewing a letter that has been pinned to their chest doesn't strike you as funny? you're telling me that you wouldn't laugh just a little...you wouldn't even smirk if you saw that? you would have absolutely NO reaction whatsoever? My dear, do you even have a pulse? You didn't do anything weird when you were growing up? If you say no you're lying. Everybody used to do weird things when they were kids...some of us did more weird things than others that is true...but everyone has done at least one thing that makes them sit back and wonder "what the hell was I thinking?" now that thy're all growed up. I ised to think that if you put hot water in a cup and then put the cup in the fridge for ten seconds that it would taste like coffee...I also used to wrap my towel on my head in such a way that it resembled "Princess Leia Buns", but that wasn't a weird thing, that was more of a "star wars geek" in training thing.

That's not the only time Lisa chewed on something you wouldn't normally chew on... ::hides::
And come on, anyone would laugh while wtf'ing.
To re-hijack this thread back to the original topic, sort of... you were right, those subs were just completely unwatchable. I tried to solve the timing problem myself, since there were some spacing errors.. but it really didn't work. I wasn't about to shift every sub's timing forward by 5-10 seconds either, that would have taken all night.
It's been a long time since I saw the first movie.. but this one looked like it was following a familiar arc?

edit: LOL random afterthought.. anyone remember the live-action FotNS movie, with Chris Penn? LOFL

I have both of those movies. Want them?
And this new movie is an alternate retelling of one arc from the series/manga. A new OVA comes out in feb and a another movie in march/april.

You can set subtitle timing offsets with VLC and the like.

It is more than offset.
HoM said they will release a sub in within the week.
