URU: Myst Online looks just amazing thou, its been in development for 5 years and unlike NeverWinter Nights, it actually shows
I do like the idea of "endless ages" what ever the fuck that means.

im just interested in how the gameplay is going to work out...how do you make a online Myst game?
Hey if Resident Evil can be put online, Myst sure could.
Thanks for being on my side on this Ospiosis

Noooo problem! I applied to beta test... wonder if I'll get accepted... I doubt I have the system for it.
As far as how Myst could be played online, my opinion is very easily. I own all three titles (which makes up half my library, heh), and for each one of them I played it with a friend of mine.. not alone. Puzzle solving is alot of fun with more than just yourself, and just like all the graphic MMORPGs out there, they'll probably update it bi-yearly or whatever with new puzzles and ages. Puzzles/quests leading to new books, which lead to new ages, you can hop to and from found ages, etc etc...

Well.. I was going to include something along those lines in my previous post.
.hack//SIGN creates worlds based on the combination of three words (as far as I can tell), but I think each possible combination is preconcieved and coded, right...
Diablo II has random mapping. Tomb Raider has a level Editor. NWN lets you create terrain (right? Towns and landscapes and crap...something..) So it's not like it would be impossible for Uru to let you create ages... but the way ages are made in the story of the game? You have to write entire books in a very intricate way... if they were to simplify that "story" process, purely for gameplay reasons, I think I would be dissapointed.
If however they supplied a method outside the game world to create ages, a la editor program, that would be fantabulous. Actually, that would be more than fantabulous.
