a bunch of fat overwright people are suing McDonalds because they are saying mcDonalds KFC Wendy's has created a temptation for them to eat. they are saying that those fst food resturaunt has forced them to becme dependent on that particular diet. And they also are suing for the lack of healthy food at fast food chains. so they are blaming their fatness on fast food.
totally ridiculous because McDonalds didnt force them to eat a BigMac! they ate them out of their own will. it doesnt take a genious to understand that a quarter pounder with cheese isnt the most healthy food. So how i see it is, Its their own fault that they ate too much fast food and gained too much weight.
if ya listened to 790am KABC talk radio they interviewed the lawyer who took the case. he says if he wins he wont take a single penny (which i think is bullshit)and he promissed on the air to the american people that he is doing it out of the kindness of his heart and will charge nothing for his services .........BULLSHIT!!! people dont believe that! you dont take a multi million dollar lawsuit and not get paid!

I was going to say something similar.
If I fell on my penis and it wasn't working, the last thing I'd wanna do is tell the entire population how stupid I am by suing Starbucks.

And to answer Katy, for the most part I'm fine, but my neck has been getting stiffer and stiffer as time passes.
Edit: Also note that it took the bastard 20 minutes to completely fix the dent in his bumper and drive away after proclaiming "Look what happened to my bumper, how am I gonna fix that?!". Lastly, note that the insurance companies have been calling and calling him and he's not answering his phones.
