Bleh, the only disc I can easily get my hands on is a region 3 copy, so I guess I won't be adding that to my list at the moment.

Seems a little interesting though.
However, I AM ordering the "2009 Lost Memories" DVD soon. The damn thing comes with a 300+ page book on the making of it, but since its only in Korean, it'll have to settle as a paperweight in my presence.

*Mutters angerly because Disney has stopped all companies from selling the LEGAL HK copy of Shaolin Soccer within the US...*

i have no understand of legal matters etc, but why do they do that? or is it just because it goes out of demand?

Disney owns the rights to it in the US, and they plan on releasing a cut up, English-only, rescored version with a new title ("Kung Fu Soccer"), basically ruining the film.
Disney claims its a violation of US law for any North America-based company to sell the film, so they've blocked all US-based importers from selling it. They've also tried to block sites outside of the US from selling it to people in the US with mixed success.
Its completely stupid, but Disney will stop at nothing to gain control of what they want. I'm also kicking myself for not ordering this, and a couple other films that Disney snatched the rights to, a couple of months ago when they were readily available.

They're doing what?
Damn, coupling this with the whole Steamboat Willie copyright shit is making me feel bad for enjoying Kingdom Hearts.
