Yeah, the kit you get with it is nice but it's wayyyy expensive, 6-700 USD I think. ... ouch ...
Don't know whether to bother getting one or not, I mean I could buy an XBox to complement my other consoles...Damn it all to hell... I need to pay for a HTML sig?

The PSX isn't a console. It's an entertainment hub, and should be viewed in that light, in which case the price is more than reasonable.---

If they gave you free porn on the psx, then it would sell like crazy. Seriously, shell out $900, the harddrive comes packed with tons of porn. It would be an flawless plan for Sony.
