Nah, poached is the way to go, you don't lose the yolk that way. ^___^ Although I'm not sure what you actually call poached eggs in America. Eggs benedict, I think...

we also say poached eggs.

Eggs benedict:
a dish consisting of toasted halves of english muffin topped with broiled ham, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce.
