CHV Lives On

i want to start something along the lines of a scrapbook. it will be a site where everyone's name is on the side, you click on it, and it opens up a page with (preferably) picture of them, or whatever they want.
i'll have it on a netfirms site so everyone can log in and upload their own pictures
if you're interested, let me know. i'm not going to start it if nobody wants to do it.
