Gest is off at Otakon, HAVING SEX, and I'm stuck at home. ;-;

Otakon's in full swing right now, and Gestahr is in the thick of it. Again, most probably having sex. But in an historic event last Thursday, he met with me in Baltimore. I stood side by side with him as he waited in line for his con pass along with his friends:

J1 and J2. I was never told which was which. Cool guys; here you can see them preparing for the days to come and building suspense.
One of them's a lapsed CyberHippy.

Steve is notoriously difficult to capture on film. Many of my first attempts were thwarted by his uncanny ability to block his face just at the right moment. He explained that this is to make future attempts to fake his death easier.

Even without such active blockage, Gestahr apparently exudes a Sasquatch-esque field which blurs any cameras in an effective radius.

Finally, fed up with my incompetence, Gest took matters into his own hands, working under the theory that only Gest can photograph Gest.

And this is the photo where he realized that the camera's flash had been off all this time.
