    People what is, in your opinion, Uematsu's best song ever?
    Don't name an album, dont't name a few of his greatest works, name his GREATEST song... (If you can't choose, don't post )

      I caaaaaaaaant pick oneeeeeeeee...
      Heh, if I had to, it would probably be the ENTIRE Opera from FFVI (including the wedding and all). Even in the old SNES snyth, it sounded great. Also Tina's/Terra's theme (the overworld theme) from FFVI is a class.
      Ooh, Aeris' theme is also a favorite, and hell, I'm happy with the original FF1 NES synch theme. Bah, I can't pick one, but felt like posting anyway. Sorry.

            He composed the chocobo theme, right? And the many wonderful variations on this song? Nuff said, in my opinion.
            Have they/would they/could I ever force them to release a cd of all the chocobo themes? Ahh...chocobo music...also moogle music, moogle music is good too! katyjag

                Liberi Fatali.
                First time I loaded up FFVIII, the intro was the most amazing thing in video gaming I'd ever witnessed. I still remember being wide-eyed as I called all my friends (I was the first to buy FFVIII) and bragged my ASS off, describing in detail everything that happened... HAH~ I'm so sad..

                  Hmmm...yeahh...you're all actually right, Liberi Fatali is wonderful. But Odeka ke Chocobo is just the musical equivalent of prozac. It makes me happy. katyjag

                    Fitzy's right, the opera scene is great. But I like the crystal music too, and Christmas De Chocobo. Oh, and that song that plays when Zidane is swearing. Lets not forget that Uematsu did some of the music for Chrono Trigger too. XD
