Well, this'll prolly piss of a few of the so called "staff" but here we go.
for about a year now me and a few others have been working on TheEGS.com, I say a few where it is just me and Jim. None of the other so called "staff" seem to be doing anything and so I've had it. I've been fucked around too damn long to put up with it anymore. i am herby offering a position to anybody on this board who can write a review and give me a username and password. If you contact production companies and get press demos/games and mail them to me, I would be happy to write reviews for you. Otherwise, I would probably never submit anything due to lack of product.
Optionally, you could advertise the website generally, and allow QC'd viewer submitted reviews along with staff reviews.

Anyway, on a more (or less) serious note, yah, plans have been kicked around for a while on starting a new gaming website. We are almost to the point of "launching", but I wasn't about to make any annoucements yet (ie, I had know prior knowledge of this post). I still consider it to be in a planning and construction page, hence nothing for anyone to see on the site at this point.
As far as staff positions, revewis, etc., I'm going to hold off on accepting anything until a little after we've "launched". While its nice to have a staff ready at launch, at the very least, I'd need to converse with someone for a given amount of time, as well as look over any writings they think would be satisfactory, before making any decisions.
I'll leave it at that for now, as I don't even know how much longer my ISP will be breating at the moment.
