Just thought I'd share this with you guys.

I don't much care for the plot, I think given some time you could come up with something much more suitable for the bizarre humor and style you want the film to have. With the twinges of opposition sensory you want to include, you should indulge in the plot to have that same strangeness, whether complicated or bleak.
What I can offer however, is music you can see about using along the lines of the Benny Hill theme.
Muppet Show - Java (Might be hard to find)
(unknown) - Circus March (know what I'm talking about?)
Sinatra - Fly me to the Moon, but try to get a foreign version maybe, heh.
Sting - Mother (Could be interesting, predictable, durring a telephone scene)
Serendipity Singers - Beans in my Ears (If you cant find this, I can send it to you)
Tom Lehrer - Poisoning Pigeons in the Park
Lionel Richie - Hello (Just because, it really is a good song, but its so depressing at the same time, it could work somewhere nicely)

Well the plot, basically I want an action movie involving drugs of some kind, and I want to throw in a John Woo-ish shootout deal. Replete with inappropriate music and sound effects.
