Does anybody know anything if Tekken 4 is gonna be made?? (I heard so many rumors)

Namco has indeed been working on Tekken 4. In quite a few interviews, Namco as stated that it is in the works. It is supposedly a continuation of Tekken 3, so it's unlikely that any Tekken 2 characters left out of Tekken 3 will re-appear.
As far as release dates are concerned, Namco have stated that a new Tekken game will be released in the arcades at the end of the fiscal year (around the first quarter of this year). All Tekken games, except for TTT have been released in the arcades during March, so I'd be betting that they'll release it then.
