The movie, the anime, and now FFXI. The GameCube FF is next (I do not plan on buying, nor do I know anyone who is). I can see it.

What do you mean "again"? Square has had an incredible track-record thus far, you make it sound like every other game they put out sucks. And which anime are you referring to? And then, how is it you've already passed judgement on a game that's only been recently announced? The only real info available on it is that it may be based on the FFU series, and that's something they've been talking about for a while. Lastly, FFXI will NOT be canceled in the US. Why? Every fucking company has problems when their games go online for the first time, it'd be weird if they didn't. Square isn't stupid; they realize there's money to be made here if they can release an online, PC version of FFXI with comparable quality to that of the console release. You can't see anything, so chill with the wild speculation until some details are announced.
I wonder whether they're still going to make an FF:U GC game. I thought the show bombed in Japan. I thought it was alright...![]()

And the anime did not do much good at all. So if the anime basicly failed, I do think the NGC game well not do any good. Does anybody think that whenever Sqaure moves out the the "regular" FF game series, most of it does not do as great?

It doesn't do as great because people are only interested in the brandname; you've yet to mention to quality of the games.
