I think you should go with 008, or a cropped version of 001 (cut out the extra space at top, and the camtime on the left)
008 because it has scene elements, putting you into an interesting environments. Healthy lighting in there too. Using a photograph like this appeals to both spreads and catalogues.
001 because I like sepia, and so does everyone else. It's also the most clear shot you have I think, which makes it come off more professional. The ONLY problem, besides the needed clipping mentioned above, is the sunglasses. So if you have another in that series, scan it up and lets see 'em? Alternatively, you could rescan 002 without edits, and make it sepia in photoshop or something? Cause I like that one too :

The only reason I dont agree with everyone on 012 is because you are facing away from the sunlight, forcing the point of focus to legs-background-jacket-face, instead of face-legs-background-jacket.
