Over here the Final Fantasy movie is finally being released nxt week. Now I read a review in one of our national news papers and there was this part in which the author stated:
"....made to introduce people to Final Fantasy X. Final Fantasy - The Spirits Within is actually a huge trailer for FFX...."
Er...........Ignorance is bliss?
I think it is pathetic

I know...I don't think the general public really "gets" the FF movie. When I saw it, you could just tell half the people in the cinema were bored stupid.

I was bored at times while watching The Spirits Within. Once you get used to the visuals, what else is there? I, however, loved the film. It created within me a fervent hatred of Ben Affleck and Alex Baldwin. It's a good thing.

The reality is the "general public" is too stupid to know how good FF is. Either that or they're senile. :P It's a shame that so many people call it "just a movie about a game that you've never heard of, much less played". That's Hollywood for ya. Oh, and Spok? Hatred is always good!
