those arows are not decorative and are not just handed out for no reason. those "arrows" are the simbolic essence of a real arrow. it has a white and red stripe "possitive colors" that the demons and bad spirit hate. so it is a weapon against evil (alomost in the literal sence). you can get these at most temples for a reasonable price but every new years you must replace them with a new arrow for the arrow works for only one year. once the arrow has completed its service for a year you should return it to the temple you got it from and the priests will burn them (not in a bad way) thus the arrow has completed its objective and can return to earth.

ummm guys not to burst any bubbles but.... the arrow arnt really sharp at all. in fact there are no arrow heads on them just the shaft so you can poke but not stab.
but if u want to poke the forces of evil be my guest but i might suggest a silver weapon or other super natural weapons

You'd choose a weapon of goodness over a weapon of evil? The goodness weapons are always rinky.. like, a cure wand.. or sparkle stick... or the victorious crescent toothpick of love...
