Yeah, played it for a little bit on a friend's laptop, as my computer is still too screwy to game on at the moment.
It has left a fairly positive impression on me so far, aside from some bugs that should have never made it into the final build.

It's pretty awesome. A lot of people are saying it's exactly the same as the first one but seeing how I bought the first one that's fine by me.-Spok-

It is very much like the first one, just more of it. Max Payne wasn't broken, so why should Max Payne 2 try to fix it?
I'm also quite glad to see that Remedy still has a good sense of humor about the game (anyone who has played it knows what I'm talking about), surpassing even the first one (already, based on only a little bit of gameplay) in terms of self-parody and such.
Now if only we could get them to tweak those ragdoll physics so every shot doesn't blow someone back 10 feet...
