Saying its an RPG/anime that emulates people playing an MMORPG is an extremely uncomplicated summary, it involves a bit of almost everything that viewers like about anime. However, I can say with confidence (and contradiction) that the series isn't for everyone... if you dont like RPG games, dont like MMORPGs, you'll probably find yourself bored with the episodes between the first and the last few.
It's up there with Angel Sanctuary and Vision of Escaflowne for me, both the anime and the music... I want mooooooore!
