    Who ebays around here?
I've been ebaying for ... prob. around a year or two now? And I did not have any problem with any of the sellers or buyers until recently. The past couple of transactions I had were nightmares!
I actually compulsively bought that one Rinoa + Siren Statue by Kotobukiya recently. (The same statue but the original) And of course, it came broken!! A piece of Siren's hair in the back cracked... I'm sooo mad!! I bought it when I was on my summer internship therefore, rich, but it still costed A LOT more than I anything I usually buy... Cries! What do I do?? The seller did insure the item w/ USPS, and he says he's been working on the insurance claim with USPS but its been almost 2 months and I still didn't hear anything actual progree from him!! What should I do? The seller actually sounds like some honest guy... and I don't want to get him in trouble, but I REALLY want my money back. Broken Rinoa is not worth anything.. I can't even resale it! :"> (which is what i usually do if i end up getting anything i don't like or doesn't fit on ebay.)
Also, I bought another doll from ebay (20th Century Fox's Anastasia Collectible Doll if anyone is curious) and it seems like its lost in the mail... this seller seems so sweet too.. but grrr... same thing, no result from USPS for a loooong time. Maybe I shouldn't be blaming the sellers? But the post office? Has anyone had similar problems w/ USPS?
Well, at least this finally cured my addiction of compulsive buying on ebay... ^-^
I'm selling a ton of stuff on ebay right now though. Hopefully this will at least help a little bit with the lost... Anyone wanna help me out and bid on my stuff ????

      Dohhhhh. >_<
Link some of your ebay stuff. Not that I have any money to buy anything, not getting paid this summer and all, but I'm a compulsive ebay window-shopper...

This is a business deal you made with them... contact them, weekly, and ask for updates on the situation. If you are curteous, yet steadfast, it shouldn't turn ugly. And if they are compliant to your organized effort, they still deserve a good praise under comments... this wasn't their fault or yours, but it is their responsibility to make good.

well personally i would just fix it with glue or ducked tape. but i have also had some ebay problems in my day, like they sent the wrong item. or "hey it was blue in the picture. but why did they send me a purple one?"

I'm sort of a perfectionist in someways.. especially when it comes to "collectible" stuff like that... so glue doesn't really do it for me... Since i paid over $200 for it.. I'd really like to get what i expected instead of something that's broken too...

Umm, well, I'm not sure if the seller will be willing to let me do that. I will definitely be calling him today or tomorrow though. I'm getting really sick of hearing his "the post office has not responded" excuses...
But yay! my auctions are going up a lot! I might be able to make up some of the loses from the summer! I started most of my items at either 9.99 or 24.99... and just with the 6 items ending tonight, I will be able to collect at least $320 excluding shipping! ^-^ yay for me! (and my 2 other auctions ending tomorrow and thursday are already up to 51 and 202.50!) I just seriously hope the transaction go smoothly though. I've encountered quite a few non-paying buyers.
