Long term Forum Member, Rich Duane, called yesterday about a dock neighbor who is a fisherman, who pulled a pair of 318 motors hooked to PV-33 V-drives, and he wants a few dollars for them. Shipping would likely cost more than the transmissions, but these are pretty rare, and if you need one it can be worth its weight in iron, or gold.
Here are the details:
PV-33L Z-7869L, 6B5717
PV-33R Z-7869R, 6D856
I may have transposed some of these numbers incorrectly, for instance, a B might actually be a D, but I think I got everything right, and if there are any questions I'm sure Rich would clarify them.
The motor/transmission units were pulled unceremoniously out of the boat that was being demolished. Some of the mounts are damaged, but the transmissions are looking okay.
