TUNA CASSEROLE

2 CUPS SMALL SHELLS OR ELBOW MACCARONI
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 SMALL TIN CARNATION MILK (I USE 5% CREAM)
1/2- 3/4 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE

FRY UP A DICED ONION, CHOPPED CELERY AND A DICED GREEN OR RED PEPPER IN VEGETABLE OIL.

2 CANS DRAINED WHITE TUNA (CHUNK OR SOLID)

COOK NOODLES, DRAIN WELL, ADD SOUP, MILK, CHEESE, TUNA, VEGGIES AND SALT AND PEPPER.

TOP WITH BUTTERED BREAD CRUMBS.

BAKE AT 425 FOR 25 MINUTES

CAN BE PREPARED IN ADVANCE AND BAKED BEFORE DINNER.

YOU CAN ADD MORE OR LESS OF ANY OF THE INGREDIENTS, IT’S A NO FAIL RECIPE!

THE SECRET IS HAVING A GLASS OF WINE WHILE PREPARING IT!
