Hi Everybody, Newbie here. I work as a personal care aide in clients homes. I just wanted to know if anybody out there knows of a place to get cerified as nursing assistant in Pittsburgh,pa.

To be eligible to take the state-administered CNA exam, you must first complete training through a nursing aide program that has been approved by the state. A sample list of state-approved programs in Allegheny County that are open to the public appears below. Good Luck! If you sincerely want to be a CNA, you can! Be sure to take the Red Cross exam when you are finished with the class.

Thanks alot. I got called by a nursing home in the area to start classes in May. I have to meet with them next week.
