Has anyone every had or have gout in a big toe? If so how hard is it to get rid of and is there anything you have done to lessen the swelling and pain.
Buzz I have looked at all the websites out there and have read there remarks, so no need to find some for me to read.
I'm looking for first hand experience from someone.
Thanks
And Merry Christmas

Try baking soda and apple cider vinegar. Last time I had gout had it for a month kept on coming back in toe, side of foot. Had crutches. Suppose to reduce acidity. I tried dark cherry syrup, but couldn't get use to it. In the past I would get gout 1-2 times a year. Indy email me if you want.
