Caps are killers 5 on 5 and when the PP clicks, look out.

Great game so far, but really still very early in this series to be celebrating.

Let's just say, we're pleased so far.

:D

So I'll stop watching here, Roger. The game is not over. The Caps must keep doing exactly that, and not let them come back.

If they win tonight, they'll be able to win this series 4-2 even with a loss at home.

Good game, and good night.

One last thing, I've just checked: they had readjusted the clock at about 10 seconds left for the PP. The goal would have been much closer to the horn if they had not.

Kempny to the box for a crosscheck to a guy's face, wasn't intentional but sure did hurt.

Big Beagle block. Big Beagle block. Good boy. Holtby big. :30 left to kill...

DS-P blocks it out of play :05 left in it... killed...

9:36 left reg and a timeout, Caps are dominating all facets of the game now...

Hedman and Ovechkin jawing at each other, couple of bumps, no calls...

Connolly!!!!!!

Thanks to Dashakan at Bumper's...

LOL at the addition to the Wikipedia article. :D It is still there as I type.

And yes, I missed Ovechkin's goal. When I posted my last message, I was not watching, only checking stats.

So it was a huge win. That must hurt a lot, for the Bolts. The Caps lost their first two home games in the first round, but it was in overtime and they were playing good.

That said, it doesn't change a thing. Caps must keep working very hard to win this series. They know it. They won't take these games lightly. I believe that beating the Pens was the hardest thing they had to do to win this Cup, so they'll do what it takes to finish the job, now.

I checked the history of editions for that Wikipedia article.

On 12 May, the owner's name was changed: "Amalie Arena is an arena in Tampa, Florida, owned by Alexander Ovechkin..." The same day, it was changed back to "Jeffrey Vinik", then back to Ovechkin, then the owner's name was totally removed (that editor didn't pay attention to the previous changes, so he removed an interesting bit of info).

On 14 May, in the right column, the name of the owner was changed from "Hillsborough County" to "Alexander Mikhailovich Ovechkin". This was reverted back to the original version two minutes later. Then someone added the sentence that is still there.
