Is it me, or is this NFL season lame as hell? We have the haves and the have nots, as in a bunch of teams with losing records and an elite group of 6 and 7-0 teams vying for supremacy. What happened to parity? Everyone continues to hate on the Patriots, of course.

Maybe I should jump on the daily fantasy leagues.

I think that we have rarely had this many bad teams.

And yes, the Pats are the most hated team in sports....
once you get out of New England. That was clear to
me on a recent trip.

Makes it more fun though, Doesn't it?

And undefeated regular season....and a Super Bowl....
and Roger Goodell presenting another trophy to
the Patriots. That would be excellent.

What's the Difference between Patriot haters and a crying baby?

The baby will soon stop!

and brainfix said
"an elite group of 6 and 7-0 teams vying for supremacy...."

And I think I heard on the radio that there has never been a
season...ever....when there even three teams at 7-0.
And now we may have four?

Between the really poor skill level of most of the quarterbacks, the atrocious coaching, the lack of vision and ability to evaluate personnel and put a coherent team together by GMs and the greedy short-sightedness of ownership, the NFL is imploding. They want to expand to 18 games a year and grow the International market? I'm afraid Mark Cuban might be right --- pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered.

It's more about how the schedule has played out early. No matter the sport you always have the haves and have not's.

What if New England and Denver are both 10-0 when they play on Nov. 29.
That's a long way off, but it would be incredible. A mini-SuperBowl.
Will it happen? What would the spread be (in Denver)?

Who could the Pats possibly lose to until the Denver game? They would have to fall asleep to lose.

And Denver has the Colts, Chiefs and Bears before they play New England.

Looks like to undefeated teams will go head to head. Should be interesting. The NFL is putting out a crappy product this year unless of course your a Pats fan and like to see one-sided games.

What do you think the point spread would be if they are both still perfect on the 29th?

Even?

In Denver.

A Patriots footnote:
Aaron Hernandez celebrates a birthday today.
He is turning 26.

And I don't think the Commissioner will have much to say, either!

Yes....and what a tackle. Tom does it all.

I am sorry that Denver lost.
The epic battle of 10-0 teams on November 29..... is not to be!
