There's always hope. That's how we all get by...no? Two weeks of more healing...we're good, maybe. The Pats at full strength are very formidable, the question remains as to wether they'll be at full strength in 2 weeks.

Yes, there is always hope.

We've got the Texans, Bengals or Chiefs at 4:35
on Saturday afternoon, 12 days from now.

Plenty of time to get all better...right?

Bad news for Endelman but the Pats have the slot covered. Amandola, Hogan and running backs James White and Dion Lewis all can play the slot very well.

Hope those guys all fill the gap.

Brady like throwing to Edelman. 98 Catches last season.

What a bummer for Edelman and the team, but as Dun and Night noted, there are others who can fill the need in the slot.

If you remember the Falcons double covered Endelman during the Superbowl and that led to the pick 6 thrown by Brady. Gronk is usually double covered but with him out last year that left Endelman double covered. With Gronk back you'll see the wide outs and slot open a lot. Plenty of options for the Patriots to exploit.

GDT Police Notes

ESSEX
Thursday, Sept. 7  8:12 p.m.:
A driver was stopped on Main Street for excessive flashing
of headlights and following the vehicle in front of him too closely.
When questioned, the driver said he was rushing home for the Patriots game.

.......
The pre-game Pats excitement....seems like such a distant memory now!

Patriots favored by 6.5 today. A worrisome game w/New Orleans.

No Edelman or Amendola. I am investing in Hogan to do something.

Any DK players on this thread... or am I the only degenerate?

The NFL is in slow decline. For any number of reasons.

The President's sudden involvement in the National Football League
today is disappointing. Does this guy have to be in the middle of
absolutely everything?

Any opportunity to divide people. He can't pass it up!

POTUS vs Commissioner Goodell

POTUS vs Lebron James

POTUS vs Stephen Curry

I hope that lots of players "take a knee" today,
in protest of Presidential Dorkiness, if nothing else!
