Red Sox Clinch AL East!

Sort of weird to see all the Champagne spraying after
they got blown away by a 9th inning Yankee comeback.

(They clinched do to a Toronto loss.)

Couldn't watch after the game.  Blew a 3 run lead with poor coaching. After 8 pitches it was apparent to this sofa manager that he didn't have it last night yet they left him in till he walked a batter.  They zoomed in on Clay in the dugout and you could see him mouth "WTF take him out".

Clay was awesome last night. Our relievers.... not so much.

A single and three walks is not good relief pitching.
And giving up grand slams, not real good either.

Yes. Terry sort of deserves this, the way he was treated on his way out of Boston.

It's up to Clay Buchholz now. Scary

What an action packed day tomorrow will be!

Sox v Cleveland

Pats v Cleveland

Clinton v Trump

I was counting on a Red Sox World Series.

The Series starts on Oct. 25, and it would
have provided a nice distraction while the
Presidential Election Campaign will be at its
nastiest.

Looks like Farrell is signed on for next year.

................

And I think that Big Papi has been over-honored.

Sick of the celebrations. I think it contributed to their loss.

Big Papi probably agrees with you about being over-honored but I don't think it is possible.
