Paul Anka and Gloucester.

So they give away old LPs the Mystery Train,
and we have a few old Paul Anka records.

On the album jacket, the Anka bio says that one
of the pivotal events in the huge pop star's life
is when he won a talent contest, at the age of ten
or something, right here in Gloucester. In 1953.

He won $37.00. Apparently it was Paul Anka's
first professional endeavor.

Jellyfish I don't worry about. But those three mice... kind of disturbing!

Thank you for reporting, Karly.

Fake news!

No WAY anyone in this town was issued a warning for a stop-sign violation.

Well, I suppose a warning is a remote possibility.

But a citation? Never gonna happen.

Now that I think of it, I wasn't driving. We did get the slow down signal though.

It was the jellyfish that surprised me...we had so many of them in August past...

I think I'll do this to my trade-in instead of trading it in the next time I buy a car:

Wicked coyote chorus, howling, chirping, three part harmony. Happening now at Niles Beach.

From the 20 - 30 year olds ... I never heard this term before tonight ... sapiosexual ...  (my youngest was considering a potential date)

totally fits with my long held belief that the brain is the sexiest organ.  Nice to see young people getting that.

There was hardly any mess around the FH Lane hill this morning. There
must have been an unusually adult concert crowd.

It has been a while for me but do the HL Concert have food now? The age group I've seen was 3 years on up with teens generally not there. THE CITY'S BEST BANG FOR THE $$$!
