Saw one on Ebay ten days ago.

DHH/DHR has posted the new 1812 flag. Worth seeing.

Unfortunately, with it being only one pin backing, the badge tends to not stay straight much like the small Canadian flag lapel pins we all wear on our civi jackets and hats. I was told yesterday by our Chief that it is supposed to be now worn till sometime in 2015.

Ed: Where is the pin to be placed on DEU?

I'm guessing same place as Command Badge, but on right breast pocket?

Exact placement is very dependant on how much 'bling' the wearer has. But in general terms is goes on the flap of the right breast pocket mid-way between the button and the seam.
