I was reading this small article from this webpage and it shows an interesting article about the regimental hockey team of Nova Scotia's "Pictou Highlanders" circa 1914. The Pictou's are no longer exist as they were amalgamated with three others units on the 12th of November 1954 to become the Nova Scotia Highlanders.

Found another rare photo of the old Pictou Highlanders of Canada (Militia) hockey team in Nova Scotia circa 1948-1949. Notice the post war regimental hockey jerseys they wearing. Looks like the photo is taken in the local armouries.
