What is the rarest Canadian Army wool slip-on as worn on the uniforms in Canada?

Darby Whitebone of Edmonton has done some research on these and has produced a soft-covered book showing photos. I don't know whether he frequents this forum, but if he does, he may be able to provide an answer.

If scarcity is defined by the number of titles made, the Prince Rupert Regiment is the scarcest. Only sealed patterns were made for this unit, for some odd reason, two years after the unit was stood down.
There is no record of an authorization for the RCEME, and given the date the corps was organized, it is an unexplained title.

...Yes Unexplained...why would this even be made given the late date of the formation of RCEME.....just like the 4RCR combat titles...they just got made for some reason ...
